Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American television and model. Burns made her debut in the television industry in 1995, playing Peg the teenager from Spain in the comedy Out of the Blue. Burns became part of the cast of the action-drama series Baywatch in 1998. Later, she starred in Baywatch's second rendition Baywatch: Hawaii until she left the show owing to her first pregnancy. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American actress and fitness model who is also a television presenter, is known as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. She was best known in 2001 for the highly successful commercial film Shallow Hal.
